Special group tours are for large groups of at least 15 students who are in grades 10 through 12.
Group visits must be requested at least three weeks before the proposed date. Appointment requests may be made online or by phone.
Maximum group size is 40 students.
Tours will be given Tuesday through Thursday. Friday through Monday tours are unavailable.
Fall and Spring Tour times are at 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Summer Tours are at 10:00 a.m.
One chaperone is required per 12 students.
The typical group visit lasts approximately two hours and includes a campus tour and an admission presentation. If your group has special needs, please contact the group visitation coordinator.
While students are welcome to eat lunch on campus, the Admission Office is unable to provide meals. Students may bring their own lunches, eat in the Market Square cafeteria for $8.50 per person, or at a local restaurant.
Because student volunteers lead tours on our campus, many times your tour guide will volunteer between his or her classes. Groups that are more than 10 minutes late cannot be guaranteed a tour. Cancellation of visits must occur at least 24 hours in advance.
